My Mum arrived out today, it's great to see her. She hasn't been out since last year. As soon as we arrived at the house I showed her the album (which I picked up the other day). The artwork on the album is by Joanne, it's an entire series of work called 'Bailie's Blood' and it's based on my family heritage among other things. The point is there are paintings of my Mum throughout it and she was very touched. Then she lay out on the sofa with a glass of wine and closed her eyes as she listed to my album.... I guess you could say we had a moment.

Fantastic. What a joy for you to be able to play your record to your mum, eh? To this day the best feeling I ever have about my music is the fact that my granny still listens to it every day and she loves it more than anything else... can't wait to hear this album.

Foy just retunred to Northern Ireland after being away for quite a while and discovered your music a couple of weeks ago.Cant get your music out of the system. Since then Ive been spreading the word to friends overseas and cant wait to send them all copies of the album. Looking forward to the album..
